Terms of Service
Professional Communication AI is operated by Usman Sakariyah (the "Seller", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms and confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement. You are contracting with the Seller. See also our Privacy Notice and Refund Policy.
The service
Professional Communication AI is an AI-assisted professional communication tool that helps you write, rewrite, reply to, plan and analyze workplace and business messages. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your selected plan.
Your account
You need an account to use the service. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Keep your login credentials private — you're responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service. That includes anything unlawful, fraudulent or spam; content that infringes others' intellectual property; harassment, hate speech or deceptive content; deepfakes or impersonation; attempts to probe, scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the service or its security; attempts to bypass usage limits or jailbreak the AI; and reselling or redistributing the service.
AI-generated content
You are responsible for your inputs, how you use generated outputs, verifying their accuracy before sending, and having the rights to any content you submit. Generated text is a suggestion — it may be inaccurate and is not suitable as legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice without qualified oversight. We may remove or restrict content, filter outputs, or suspend accounts that violate these rules, and we respond to rights-holder complaints.
Intellectual property
The Seller retains ownership of the service and its intellectual property, including the software, documentation and branding. You retain ownership of the messages you create; you grant us a limited license to host and process your content solely to provide the service.
Plans, payment and refunds
Free accounts include a monthly generation allowance; paid plans add higher limits. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms). See our Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back guarantee.
Availability and warranties
We aim to keep the service running smoothly but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change as the product evolves. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are disclaimed.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages (including loss of profits, data or goodwill), and our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law requires it.
Suspension and termination
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your account is deleted, your data is removed as described in the Privacy Notice.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be signposted in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Questions about orders, billing or refunds are handled by our payment provider as described above; for anything else, reach us through the support contact shown in the app.
