Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases of Professional Communication AI, sold by Usman Sakariyah through our payment provider, which acts as Merchant of Record.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider. Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or reply to your purchase receipt email, and your refund will be handled promptly. You can also reach us through the support contact shown in the app and we'll point you in the right direction.

After a refund

Once a refund is completed, your account returns to the Free plan at the end of the refunded billing period. Your communications and history remain available on the Free plan.

Cancelling a subscription

You can cancel renewal at any time from Settings → Billing — no refund is needed for that; you simply keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
